Copying the Code: Evidence, Inference, and Opinion in Discovering DNA

The first topic we talked about this quarter had to do with how scientists figured out how to DNA to proteins. To find the answers, many scientists worked together to develop new experimental procedures and make carful observations. Their data could not be biased. It was important for the researchers to make connections between seemingly unrelated facts and to identify patterns where none were quickly obvious. While gathering evidence you must be aware of the difference between observations and inferences, and how they differ from interpretations of observations and opinions. Down below are pictures of my work and the website I gathered my information from to anwser the questions on the worksheet.
